A light creamy, mould-ripened cheese whose unique character and taste result from being wrapped in nettle leaves.

Colston Bassett – Colston Bassett Whole Stilton
This smooth and creamy cheese is considered by many to be the best stilton in the world. It is so creamy and smooth with distinctive blue veins which become more strongly defined as the cheese matures.

Quickes  Cheddar – Large Truckle
This delicious unpasteurised cheddar is hand made by one of nine skilled cheese makers on the Quickes Farm in the heart of the West Country.

Appleby’s Cheshire
A truly spectacular Cheshire. Made by the Appleby family on their farm who remain the last hand made Cheshire cheese makers to use a traditional recipes, open vats and to calico bind their cheese.

Wobbly Bottom Farm Cheese - Hitchin
A range of wonderful tasty soft goat’s cheese, a great Camembert styled cheese called Pure Pirton as well as a hard cheese made in a Cheshire style.
